I started my career in recruitment in 2005, joining Blue Pelican as a Consultant in 2006. Since then I’ve consistently achieved promotion to now lead a team of experienced consultants within the Marketing Division, with Consultants specialising across commercial, product and propositions, digital, ecommerce, account management, research and insight, data insight and reporting to provide a complete solution to meet the needs of a diverse client base.

My role involves balancing the division's direction and strategy as well as continuing with hands-on recruitment, client engagement and development.

It’s something I relish and really enjoy getting into the detail of challenging searches. High points include winning numerous Top-Billers rewards and achieving my CMI qualification with Distinction.
