How did you get into recruitment? By accident, I was offered a job with AutoTrader which I turned down. The marketing recruitment agency who was representing me offered me a position working for them instead. I’ve not looked back since….

What’s kept you here? Variety – Recruitment tends to be 4-5 people’s jobs in one. I enjoy a challenge and some of the searches I take on can be just that. Also, I like knowing I’m having a positive impact on people’s lives, helping them out and providing solutions to people’s/companies’ problems at the same time. Plus I get to speak to interesting people about things I have an interest in every day. So what’s not to like?
