SOCIAL INSIGHTS MANAGER

One of the UK’s leading Media Agencies is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Social Intelligence Manager to join their growing Marketing Science team. There are endless development and training opportunities available here, working with some of the world’s most recognizable brands.

In this brand new role you will manage two Social Media Executives, and oversee the delivery of all work to a large number of clients including some of the most recognizable brands on the planet!

You will need to be pro-active in your approach, working commercially with clients to identify and develop opportunities for social insight projects. You will then shape and scope these out and brief into your team to deliver. You will also work strategically with the Head of the Marketing Intelligence team on pitch work and in growing the offering.

Technically you will need to demonstrate experience with social listening tools, and ideally additional experience in data visualisation and social analysis – but training will be provided.

Fundamentally we need someone with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, lead juniors and identify the business opportunities.

You will need to be engaging, energetic, enthusiastic and ambitious!

POSITION – SOCIAL INSIGHTS MANAGER

LOCATION – London

SALARY – £35k – £40k plus benefits

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Educated to degree level in a relevant subject; marketing, communications etc.
  • A background in social media marketing, ideally with a specific focus on analysis and insights
  • Skilled in employing social listening tools (any will be considered as training will be provided)
  • Confident, skilled communicator, with experience in working directly with clients or internal stakeholders to identify requirements for social insights and analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, as you will be working across a high volume of clients
  • Interested and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Creative thinker, ability to think outside the box
