IT Service Desk Analyst, Surrey

A highly regarded law firm with offices across Surrey and London is looking for an IT Service Desk Technician to join them for a two-year fixed term contract. This role will be based out of the firm’s head office in Surrey, but from time to time the position holder will be required to travel to the firm’s other offices. The firm are a high-quality and professional legal firm who are constantly being named among some of the best law firms in the country. Role Title: IT Service Desk Analyst (2 YEAR FTC)
Location: Surrey with the ability to travel to other offices across surrey and London
Salary: £25,000£30,000
Service Type: 2nd line

There may be occasional evening or weekend work when and if system maintenance is necessary

Duties:

  • Running of the IT help desk
  • Asset inventory management
  • Door entry tag management
  • Telephone and mobile management
  • Supporting IT teams across all offices

Essentials:

  • Experience in IT
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and Windows
  • Understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack
  • Able to travel between offices
