Title: HR/Recruitment Officer

Salary: To £24,000 + Bonus + Bens

What is the role ?:

Newly created, this position will balance our internal recruitment needs with the day to day HR matters of the business. It will suit someone already in a hybrid role, or someone with previous recruitment experience who would like to develop their skills into Human Resources through hands on experience and a CIPD qualification. Initially supported by our external HR Consultancy, you will ensure our HR processes are in line with current legislation and manage the internal recruitment processes to support planned company growth.

Responsibilities:

For HR –

  • First point of contact for day to day queries
  • Attendance at, and minuting of Absence Management processes and Reviews
  • Production of all HR correspondence
  • New starter and leaver documentation
  • Disciplinary Process Management where required

For Recruitment –

  • Full process – confirming requirements, sourcing, advertising, screening, interview management
  • Understanding brand position and local competition
  • Internal candidate database management
