Working for this global organisation you will support multiple stakeholders in their task of delivering highly targeted, customer communications.

This role sits within a team of Analysts, delivering post campaign analysis, customer targeting and modelling.

For this role you need to be flexible and business facing, so strong organisational and communication skills are required. You will work fluidly with a variety of stakeholders across the business, charged with ensuring insights and data are part of their decision making process when planning multi-channel customer journeys.

Currently they use Faststats for their campaign management and SQL for the analysis piece, so experience in the latter is ESSENTIAL and experience with some kind of campaign management tool is also required; Chordiant, Unica, Viper etc.

This is a great opportunity to join one of the world’s most recognisable business news organisations, working with experienced specialists in CRM and analytics.

This role would include providing support on data selections – although this responsibility is being handled by their other analyst more, freeing up your time to do more proactive insights work. The focus of this role will be more on analysing campaign results, producing standard weekly customer reporting and driving data integrity improvement and understanding how their different data sources can be integrated.

The role is also very analytical, so experience of data manipulation and analysis is key, in order to derive insightful reports and make recommendations for improvements around CRM campaigns.

So you need to have a mixed background across CRM analytics in order to go beyond the basic campaign reporting piece and actually add value through answering questions around the customer, through segmentation work, LVT analysis and taking a problem solving approach to your work.

POSITION – CRM Insights Analyst / Contact Strategy Analyst

LOCATION – London

SALARY – £30k – £40k plus excellent benefits

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/RESPONSIBILITES

  • Educated to degree level, ideally in a relevant and numerate subject
  • Experience of campaign performance analysis and reporting
  • Experience of providing insights and recommendations on how to improve targeted marketing
  • Strong skills using Excel and basic skills in SQL are ESSENTIAL
  • Experience using a campaign management tool such as Chordiant, Viper, Unica, Adobe, Faststats etc.
  • Ideally some experience in the retail or fashion industry, other customer driven industries considered
  • Strong communication skills in order to liaise with multiple internal stakeholders
  • You will be creative, innovative, curious taking a solutions based approach to your work
