How did you get into recruitment ?:   I got into recruitment through my background in sales.  It seemed like a logical step where I could forge strong relationships with a diverse range of people and organisations.  I joined Blue Pelican from a Financial Services recruitment firm where I worked for a year and am now focused on the Technology sector.
