After gaining a degree in Law I started my career in recruitment by registering with a local recruitment agency and being offered a job with them as a recruitment consultant. I initially saw this as a ‘stop gap’ and here I am nearly 19 years later! I started in IT recruitment and then moved into legal recruitment in 2001.

This felt like the obvious choice for me having a background in law and therefore being able to relate to the candidates and clients that I work with. I specialise in placing fee earners from NQ to Partner level in both private practice and in-house across the South of the UK. I joined Blue Pelican in November 2008 establishing the Legal Division which is now a successful and expanding part of the firm.
