When did you join Blue Pelican? I joined Blue Pelican in November 2008 and have worked in recruitment for a total of 14 years.

How did you get into recruitment ?: Like pretty much everyone else, I got into recruitment by accident. After gaining my law degree I registered with a local recruitment agency for temporary work and ended up being offered a job there as a recruitment consultant. I started off working on a temp desk, then moved to IT recruitment and then into legal recruitment in 2001.

Children: Two sons, 1 three year old and 1 born this year, who together take up 99.9% of my time outside of work !

Likes: Drinking wine and eating pizza (the other 0.01% of my time is spent doing this!)

Dislikes: Fish, dishonesty and short trousers

Favourite film: Fight Club
