When did you join Blue Pelican? I joined Blue Pelican in February 2012 having worked in recruitment for 13 years.

How did you get into recruitment? After spending 13 years training and dancing at a professional level I decided that there was better money to be made in the City ! I spent a year working for a leading commercial agency as a trainee consultant before embarking on a rewarding career in-house within Investment Banking where I recruited at MBA and undergraduate level across Europe. I then spent four years working as a self employed Search Consultant prior to having my daughter and I am now enjoying the new challenge of recruiting into the Legal Sector at Blue Pelican!
