How did you get into recruitment ?: When I was looking for my first job a recruitment agency put me forward for an interview with an international recruitment consultancy. While I didn’t get that job my heart was set on getting into recruitment from that point and I kept applying for roles until I was successful.

Toughest search to date: A UK medical director role for a Biotechnology company. Our client had been recruiting for the role for 2 years prior to us engaging with them – while the requirement was a difficult one to fill we had a candidate selected who started within 3 months of us being instructed on the role.
