We have a bespoke internal training plan that ensures our Consultants constantly refresh and improve their skills, both here in the office and externally with Recruitment Matters – an industry leading recruitment training company.

This skills development program was recognised in 2010 when we received Investors in People status, and we consistently review our internal processes to ensure continuous improvement. We believe we can’t add value to your processes if our own are in a mess !

We will:

• Ensure the consultant you work with is experienced in recruitment and can advise you through the entire process
• Ensure new consultants are fully compliant with the Blue Pelican Standards, which exceed industry best practice recommendations

We won’t:

• Leave you to deal with unsupported junior consultants
• Teach you to suck eggs ! If your own recruitment processes are working we can complement them, we don’t believe we have all the answers…
