Dynamics 365 Support Engineer

£28’000 – £35’000 pa + Benefits / London

Great opportunity with a specialist software development consultancy to join a team of technical architects, consultants, developers, project managers and account managers as a Dynamics 365 Support Engineer.

Reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager your core duties would include;

  • Provide Tier 1 support – Logging, Managing, investigating, resolving etc.
  • Provide Tier 2 support on escalated cases where a deeper technical knowledge is required.
  • Be fully engaged in the ongoing managed delivery of ongoing projects.
  • Provide support to developers as required and help as technical bridge between SDM and developers.
  • Own IT-related support tickets and provide timely updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide specialist internal support to the business when required.
  • Provide specialist support in third party technologies

There will be some third party integrations;

  • Marketing Automation Tools/Bulk mailing tools (DotMailer, MailChimp, SendGrid…)
  • CMS Web Integrations (Sitecore, Umbraco, Kentico…)
  • SharePoint Integrations

Day to day tools being utilized;

  • Internal day to day tools o Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud
  • Specialized tools o SQL Server Management Studio (T-SQL)
  • Visual Studio (including SSDT)
  • Documentation and sharing tools o Office 365
  • Testing and tracing tools o Microsoft Team Services/Team Foundation Server
  • Microsoft Test Management Studio

Key skills;

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM /365 (CRM versions: 2011/2013/2015/2016/365)

Software Support and Administration

System configuration and customization

User training

Report Writing

  • Software Development Background (C# and JavaScript)
  • SQL and Database Management (T-SQL and SSRS)
  • SharePoint (on-premise and cloud)
