• Previous experience using: Hootsuite, Tweetdeck and Conversocial
• Previously held high profile contracts developing social media brand engagement
• Managed social media campaigns including Facebook competitions
• Proposed new strategies to link “followers” and “likes” to customers
• Experience working across multiple social media sites and online video directories (YouTube)
• While working at a well known entertainment channel this candidate focused on community engagement and brand loyalty for three key brands
• Demonstrable experience increasing facebook likes and Twitter followers – their last project increased likes by 100,000
