• Early career working  for one of the UK’s major players in loyalty, delivering cutting edge campaigns and loyalty propositions to a large Supermarket chain
• Exceptional communications skills; exudes confidence and charm, as well as drive and ambition
• Balanced combination of both client and agency side loyalty experience; thus has the ability to manage external agencies and senior level stakeholders with ease
• Highly analytical and commercially minded with strengths in channel management, launching loyalty programmes from scratch, execution of BLT & ATL campaigns and negotiation
• Educated to degree level from London Business School
