Our aim is to ensure that we are presenting the best opportunities to our candidates for their career goals and lifestyle aspirations, and the best candidates to our clients for cultural fit and the achievement of the organisational objectives. In other words we are looking for more than ‘bums on seats’ for the sake of making placements.

We will:

• Present only relevant opportunities
• Submit CVs only when we have received permission in writing to do so

We won’t:

• Shoehorn candidates into positions that aren’t right for them
• Misrepresent candidates, clients, or companies to try and force a match
• Submit candidate details to ANY client without written permission to do so
